Shipment effected within 24 hours

Once a customer places an order, a confirmation email will be send to you within 7 hours but please allow for the time difference in global countries. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and once your parcel has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number and site for you to track the order to your door. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

We guarantee fast and easy shipping. In order to insure that you have a great shopping experience, we make sure that the shipment of your order is a hassle free process.

We offer free shipping all over the world. We usually dispatch our parcels via EMS (Express Mail Service). If you want us to dispatch your parcel via DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX or other Express Delivery, please contact with us about the extra charge.

Order Procedure


Your parcel will be sent by courier to your door. We will email you full details and tracking number so enable you to trace your parcel in transit. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your parcel.

Please make sure you enter the?correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

We offer a 7-day return & exchange guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance for further instructions. We are sorry that shipping charges are not refundable.

For Returns

If you want to return your items, please notify us firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

For Exchanges

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.

For Refund

Refunds will be arranged as soon as we receive and check the returned products. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue. When the refund is submitted, you can expect to receive it within 15-25 working days as it takes some time for the credit card company and the bank to process the refund.
